Animation Showreel 2015

Advanced Character Design course by Stephen Silver (so far)...

Moved onto the Advanced course, 1st assignment was to create a cowboy character...
(above is the head development, below is the finished character)

Assignment 2 was to choose a show and create a new character in the style of that show. I chose "Gravity Falls" and did a couple study pages to see how they designed their characters and to get used to the style.

I designed a "Hairy Biker" character, which developed more as I progressed further with it...
(original rough above, finished below)

Assignment 3 was to design a famous person...I opted for Bob Marley...
(above is the rough, finished below)

Fundamentals of Character Design course by Stephen Silver

This was for the first assignment, to design this character Walter Chipwitther based on a description...
(rough above, finished below)

The rest of the assignment we were made to develop 2 characters, choosing one to finish completely. The characters had to be based on a new concept of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
I create a boy called Jack (above) and his imaginary friend, Clyde (below)
